A four-week run and three official hotels

The NCHA Futurity runs November 16 to December 12, 2026 at the Will Rogers Memorial Center. The association lists three official hotels: Home2 Suites by Hilton at 1145 University Drive, SpringHill Suites at 3250 Lovell Avenue and The Crescent at 3300 Camp Bowie Blvd. All three sit in 76107.

No page on the association site publishes a cut-off date, a block size, a nightly rate or a release date. The schedule and each property's terms decide the booking.

Twenty-six nights and the two at the edges

November 16 to December 12 is 26 nights. The first session starts at 8:00 a.m. on Monday November 16 in the Coliseum. The Open Finals start at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday December 12.

A 26-night booking checks in on the Monday and checks out on the morning of finals day. A rider who wants the first session and the finals books Sunday November 15 to Sunday December 13, which is 28 nights. A 27-night stay covers one edge of the run.

Settle that arithmetic before comparing properties. Two extra nights sit on the bill for four weeks.

Three properties from the Coliseum gate

Road distances from the Will Rogers Coliseum: Home2 Suites at 0.39 miles, The Crescent at 0.59 miles, SpringHill Suites at 1.69 miles.

The exhibitor packet carries a direct number for each: Home2 Suites 682-707-9475, SpringHill Suites 817-878-2554, The Crescent 817-661-1788.

Two of the three sit inside two-thirds of a mile of the gate. That distance counts on a morning when the show office opens at 7 a.m. and the first session starts at 8 a.m.

What each booking link carries

The association prints a Book Now control under each property, and each link opens with dates already in it.

The Home2 Suites link opens the Hilton reservation page with property code FTWCDHT and dates of 21 August 2024 to 22 August 2024. Replace both dates.

The SpringHill Suites block carries two Marriott group-reservation links with different group ids, one behind the property logo and one on the Book Now text. Open the link, read the group name on the page and confirm the code before you pay a deposit.

The Crescent link opens the property's Synxis page with hotel 42103, chain 12125, rate code 13NCHA and dates of 29 June 2026 to 30 June 2026. Replace the dates and confirm that 13NCHA covers November and December nights.

Ask each property to confirm in writing that the group rate applies to your arrival and departure dates and that it holds across the full stay.

The fourth accommodation in the packet

The exhibitor packet names four official accommodations, and the fourth is Sportsman's RV at 5015 Dick Price Rd, 817-372-2157. The packet carries the grounds rules, the $20 adapter charge through Will Rogers and the RV office contact for power. A rider travelling with living quarters can read the rate ladder before committing four weeks of hotel rooms.

The hard nights on the schedule

The run crosses Thanksgiving. The Coliseum holds an 8:00 a.m. session on Thursday November 26. Wednesday November 25 carries two finals at 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.

The final week is ticketed. The Non-Pro Finals run Thursday December 10 at 5:30 p.m., the Open Semi Finals Friday December 11 at 2:00 p.m. and the Open Finals Saturday December 12 at 6:00 p.m.

The association labels the October 27, 2026 draw date tentative. Book terms you can change until the draw settles.

Stalls, offices and the phone lines

Stalls cost $250 each. Regular shavings cost $12 and queen shavings $16. The Stall and Show Office opens daily at 7 a.m. and closes one hour past the end of the last set. Stall reservations run through 682-287-9298 and entries@nchacutting.com. The Will Rogers 24-hour line is 817-991-8497.

The order of decisions

Fix the arrival and departure from the schedule. Confirm the property's group code against those dates. Ask for the release date, the deposit and the cancellation terms in writing, because the association publishes none of them. Then book.

Treat 26 nights as one negotiation. Ask for the length-of-stay rate, the housekeeping schedule, the parking charge and the laundry access in one request.
