About HotelHuddle

HotelHuddle.com is the hub of the HotelHuddle family of hotel negotiation platforms. Rather than processing bookings directly, HotelHuddle.com routes you to the specialized site within our network that best fits your needs — groupRooms.org for group hotel bookings, hotelHaggle.org for name-your-price negotiation, hotelSlots.org for day-use rooms, and bookMyTeam.org for multi-destination team travel.

Our service model:

  • Routing Platform: HotelHuddle.com directs you to the right specialized site
  • Per-Request Fees: None — all sites are free to submit
  • Unlimited Subscription: Individual plans at $4.99/month, company plans at $9.99/month

Important Notice Regarding Certain States

Please note: At this time, we are unable to process hotel booking requests from residents of or for travel to the following states:

  • Florida (FL)
  • Hawaii (HI)
  • Iowa (IA)
  • Washington (WA)

This is because these states require travel sellers to obtain specific registrations and maintain certain financial assurances before offering travel services to their residents. We are committed to compliance with all applicable laws and are working toward obtaining the necessary registrations to serve these states in the future.

Why Am I Seeing This Page?

Travelers with IP addresses originating from states requiring Seller of Travel registration are being directed to this page from all hotelhuddle domains because we are not yet able to serve them. This restriction applies across all hotelhuddle properties — grouprooms.org, hotelhaggle.org, hotelslots.org, bookmyteam.org, and partners.hotelhuddle.com. We are doing our very best to be entirely compliant with all applicable state laws and are actively pursuing registrations in every restricted state.

This is a regulatory compliance restriction, not a security block. Once we obtain the required registrations, access will be restored automatically for residents of those states.

If you have questions, please contact our compliance team at compliance@hotelhuddle.com.

Seller of Travel Registration Information

Florida

Status: Not currently registered as a Florida Seller of Travel.

Florida law (Chapter 559, Florida Statutes) requires sellers of travel to register with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Until such registration is obtained, we cannot process hotel booking requests from or for Florida residents.

When registration is obtained, our Florida Seller of Travel registration number will be displayed here.

Hawaii

Status: Not currently registered as a Hawaii Seller of Travel.

Hawaii law (Chapter 468L, Hawaii Revised Statutes) requires travel agencies and sellers of travel to register with the Hawaii Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs. Until such registration is obtained, we cannot process hotel booking requests from or for Hawaii residents.

When registration is obtained, our Hawaii Seller of Travel registration number will be displayed here.

Iowa

Status: Not currently registered as an Iowa Seller of Travel.

Iowa law (Chapter 553C, Iowa Code) requires sellers of travel to register with the Iowa Attorney General's Office. Until such registration is obtained, we cannot process hotel booking requests from or for Iowa residents.

When registration is obtained, our Iowa Seller of Travel registration number will be displayed here.

Washington

Status: Not currently registered as a Washington Seller of Travel.

Washington law (RCW 19.138) requires travel agencies to register with the Washington State Department of Licensing. Until such registration is obtained, we cannot process hotel booking requests from or for Washington residents.

When registration is obtained, our Washington Seller of Travel registration number will be displayed here.

Why These States Are Blocked

The states listed above have enacted Seller of Travel laws that require:

  • Registration with state authorities before offering travel services
  • Maintenance of surety bonds or trust accounts
  • Specific disclosures on websites and marketing materials
  • Payment of registration fees and ongoing compliance costs

We have made the decision to temporarily restrict access from these states rather than risk non-compliance with their regulatory requirements. We are doing our very best to be entirely compliant and are actively pursuing registrations in all restricted states. Once approved, access will be restored automatically.

Trust Account Disclosure

hotelhuddle maintains customer funds in accordance with applicable state laws. For states that require a trust account or surety bond, we will maintain such accounts once registration is obtained. Customer payments for travel services are held securely and used solely for the purpose of fulfilling travel arrangements.

Our Commitment to Compliance

hotelhuddle is committed to operating in full compliance with all applicable travel seller regulations. We continuously monitor regulatory requirements in all states and will update this page as we obtain new registrations. We are doing our very best to be entirely compliant with all applicable state laws.
