Ariat Arena lists the USLBM Coast to Coast Challenge for Sunday, 13 December 2026. Texas Tech plays USC. North Texas plays Texas State. One ticket covers both games.
The date, the four teams and the ticket channel are published. Doors, start time and television read as placeholders on the same page.
Three lines the arena has left open
The event header reads Doors Open: TBD, Start Time: TBD and Price Range: Varies. The announcement closes with a line on what follows: game times, television coverage, premium experiences, parking and event-day activities will be announced in the coming weeks.
Book on the date, which is fixed, and on the seats, which are on sale. The guest guide sends readers to the event page for the door hour, because door times vary by event.
Buy the seats first
Single seats sell through Ticketmaster. The arena ticket policy names Ticketmaster as the only authorized outlet for tickets and parking, and sends a third-party resale buyer back to that seller for a refund.
Groups of nine or more route through one address: groupsales@ariatarena.com. The event page sets the threshold and publishes no group rate.
The announcement lists premium courtside seating, hospitality experiences and discounted group ticket packages.
Re-entry is closed, so the day runs straight
The guest guide reads: Re-Entry is not permitted at Ariat Arena. A guest who leaves during the first game cannot return for the second.
The room covers the night before and the night after. The same policy block adds a no-refunds, no-exchanges rule for all events, with a refund at the original point of sale if an event is cancelled.
The night before is a futurity final
Will Rogers Coliseum sits 0.70 miles from Ariat Arena by road. The NCHA Futurity runs there from 16 November to 12 December, and its schedule puts the Open Finals at 6 p.m. on Saturday, 12 December.
Saturday the 12th is the night to book first. One room covers the Futurity's last session and the next day's doubleheader.
Texas Tech returns to the arena for a fourth straight season. The Red Raiders beat LSU in this event last season and stand 2-2 at Ariat Arena.

The arena publishes no block, no host hotel and no rate for this event. Each property sets its own nightly price, its own cancellation window and its own minimum stay.
The arrival hour moves with the tip time
Ariat Arena parking lots open three and a half hours before show start. Parking cost depends on the event, and the lots take cash or card. The Yellow Lots open for every arena event. The 2,200-space Chevrolet Parking Garage sits at 3464 Trail Drive, reached from Montgomery Street.
Until the arena posts a start time, the lot gate cannot be timed. Rideshare pickup and drop-off sit in the Rideshare Lot at Harley Avenue and Montgomery Street, on the northwest corner of the building. During the Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo the lane moves to Secretariat Drive.
What to ask the room
A party of nine clears the group ticket threshold. The network's group platform quotes most hotels from 10 rooms a night, and some properties from five. Ask each shortlisted hotel which floor applies to the December date.
hotelhuddle sends one request to 50-plus hotels in a destination. Submission is free, responses arrive in 24 to 72 hours, and the hotel pays the commission with no markup added to the rate.
Texas levies a 6 percent state hotel tax. Cities, counties and special purpose districts add a local hotel tax that the local authority collects. The property quotes the tax-inclusive total.
The order of work
Seats, then room, then arrival hour. Buy through Ticketmaster. Take the group quote at nine or more before the single-seat purchase if the party reaches that size. Book a room on a rate that can be cancelled, in the Cultural District for the shortest drive.
Confirm which game opens once the arena publishes tip times. Set the arrival for three and a half hours before that start if parking at the arena.
