3DEXPERIENCE World 2027 runs Sunday, February 14 through Wednesday, February 17, 2027 at Music City Center, 201 Rep. John Lewis Way S, Nashville, TN 37203. Housing for the six contracted hotels is open. The accommodations page attaches one condition to every rate it prints: book the room after registering for the conference.
Two deadlines follow. Tier 1 pass pricing closes on October 27, 2026, two days from October 25. The room rate holds until January 24, 2027.
Register First
A Full Conference Pass costs $995 inside Tier 1, the window from September 9 to October 27, 2026. Tier 2 runs October 28 to November 30 at $1,195. Tier 3 runs December 1, 2026 to February 13, 2027 at $1,495. The onsite price is $1,595 across the conference dates.
The registration page states the spread: "TIER 1 PRICING ACTIVE — REGISTER BY OCTOBER 27 AND SAVE UP TO $600." The $600 is the $1,595 onsite pass less the $995 Tier 1 pass.
A group of three or more buys the same pass at $2,355 in Tier 1, which works out to $785 per person. The Educator Pass costs $200 and the College Student Pass $100, both printed in the Tier 1 column with no later tier shown.
The Six Contracted Rates
Every property below carries the label ATTENDEE RATE on the accommodations page, and every rate prints as a nightly figure with "+tax" beside it.

A $70 Band Across Six Properties
The band runs $219 to $289, a $70 difference for one night and $210 across three. The figure does not follow the walk. Hyatt Place carries the highest at $289 and sits 0.4 miles out. Home 2 Suites and Tru carry the lowest at $219 and sit 0.3 miles out.
Tempo asks $279 for the longest walk on the list at 0.8 miles. Home 2 Suites and Tru share the address 500 Rep. John Lewis Way S.
Three nights at $219 comes to $657 before tax. The same three nights at $289 comes to $867.
The Cut-Off Is January 24, 2027
The FAQ answers the block question in full. "Be sure to book your hotel accommodations before the cut-off date of January 24, 2027 in order to get the discounted conference rate. You must book your hotel through the hotel reservation portal in order to get the special rate. After the cut-off date, hotel rooms will be available at the hotel rate."
The accommodations page adds its own note: rates are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed. The page does not promise that a $219 card stays open until the cut-off.
Changes Route Through Maritz
Write to 3DEXPERIENCEWorldhousing@maritz.com before the cut-off. From January 29, 2027, the hotels take changes directly.
The FAQ names no contact for a request made between January 24 and January 29. Move any request before January 24.
Walk Times and the Shuttle Line
The FAQ answers the shuttle question with a no and a reason: "the hotels are all within a 5-10 minute walking distance from the Music City Center." Tempo's own card reads 0.8 miles, which is the figure to plan with.
Four of the six properties sit 0.3 or 0.4 miles out. Tempo's card belongs in the plan as a walk, a rideshare or a moved booking.
The Tax Line
The page prints six rates and no tax-inclusive total for any of them. It prints no deposit term and no cancellation fee for an individual room.
Ask the portal for the tax-inclusive nightly figure and the cancellation deadline in writing when you book. Three nights at $219 is $657 before tax.
The Order to Work In
Register first, and register before October 27 to hold the $995 tier. Keep the confirmation, because the housing portal sits behind the attendee account.
Book the room inside the portal before January 24, 2027. Take a $219 card when the walk decides, or read Tempo's 0.8-mile card before paying $279 for it.
Put both dates in a calendar: January 24 for the room, January 29 for the handover to the hotel.
