The Antiques & Garden Show of Nashville runs its 37th edition from Friday 8 January to Sunday 10 January 2027 at Music City Center, 201 Rep. John Lewis Way S. The theme is Timeless: Living a Collected Life. General admission costs $35 and covers all three public days.

The organiser sends tickets on 15 December. Book the room before that date.

Three nights from Thursday

The Preview Party runs Thursday 7 January from 6:30 to 9 p.m. on the Show Floor. A seat costs $350 on top of general admission. A room held from Thursday 7 January to Sunday 10 January covers the party and both full show days.

A Friday arrival covers the two full show days in two nights. It drops the Preview Party.

Thursday also carries a First Look from noon to 3 p.m. by invitation, and a Benefactor’s Reception from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. for Benefactor tier holders.

What the ticket covers

Show hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday. The floor is open 21 hours across the three days.

Seniors 65 and over, students and active military pay $30. Children 12 and under enter free.

Lecture and special event tickets do not admit the holder to the Show Floor during show hours. The organiser states in print that a general admission ticket is required. The keynote with Cordelia de Castellane runs 11 a.m. to noon Friday in the Davidson Ballroom. The design panel runs 2 to 3 p.m. Friday. Saturday carries a floral demonstration at 11 a.m. and a lifestyle conversation at 2 p.m.

Friday adds two purchases

The Bourbon Party runs 6:30 to 9 p.m. Friday on the Show Floor at $95. The organiser sets the dress code as boots and blazers.

A tote costs $20. Preorder it with the ticket order and collect it on the Show Floor during show weekend. Benefactor tiers run from $1,000 to $10,000 and carry VIP admission.

The Sunday you check out

The show closes at 4 p.m. Sunday. The checkout hour comes first. Ask the property for bag storage or a late checkout when you book. Sunday Shopping in the Garden runs 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., with coffee, pastries and snacks for sale on the Show Floor.

One request for a group

hotelhuddle sends one request to 50 or more hotels in the destination. Submitting it is free, replies arrive in 24 to 72 hours, and you pay the hotel directly at the quoted rate.

Most properties quote group rates from 10 rooms a night. Some quote from five rooms in season and on availability.

The 2026 edition put more than 150 antiques dealers, gallerists, decorators and designers on the Show Floor. A ten-room block for three nights travels as one request and one contract.

What to ask before you commit

Ask for the cancellation deadline in writing. Ask whether a three-night minimum applies across show weekend. Ask the Sunday checkout hour and whether the property holds bags after checkout. Ask whether Thursday carries the same rate as Friday and Saturday. Ask the walking distance from the door to 201 Rep. John Lewis Way S.

The show has raised more than $12 million for Cheekwood and ECON Charities. The Thursday night buys the Preview Party and the Friday opening.
