Two nights cover four events and a 9 p.m. close
A Very Broadway Christmas Parade steps off at 11 a.m. on Saturday, December 5, and runs to noon at Broadway at the Beach. The same weekend carries live Christmas music in Center Court at 5 p.m. on Friday, visits with Santa in Center Court from 12:30 to 3 p.m. on Saturday, and fireworks over Lake Broadway at 8 p.m. on Saturday. Retail closes at 9 p.m.
Book Friday, December 4 and keep Saturday night. Two nights put every one of those inside a walk back to the room.
Friday is a thirty-minute appointment
The Indigo Carolina Forest Singers perform in Center Court on Friday, December 4 at 5 p.m. The event record lists the set as 5 to 5:30 p.m.
That start time sets the drive. A Friday arrival after 5 p.m. misses the music, so the booking question is whether the room is ready before the set begins. Ask for early check-in at booking, or plan the drive to land before 4 p.m.
Saturday runs ten hours
The parade begins at 11 a.m. and ends at noon. The district lists stilt walkers, classic cars, marching bands and special guests, and links a 2026 route map as a PDF from the parade page.
Santa arrives in Center Court at 12:30 p.m. and stays until 3 p.m. The district runs those visits every Saturday from November 21 through December 19, and adds complimentary face painting and balloon-tying stilt walkers. The event record carries one caution for this date. Santa may be a few minutes late reaching the Holiday House on December 5 because of the parade.
The fireworks start at 8 p.m. over Lake Broadway. The season’s fireworks carry one condition. Every show is weather permitting.
Retail closes at 9 p.m. on that Saturday. The hours table for November 27 through December 23 sets Friday and Saturday at 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., and states that restaurants, attractions and nightlife set their own hours.
Admission to the district is free. The attractions carry individual fees.
The three hotels and what they publish
The district names three properties on its own accommodations page. Fairfield Inn carries 111 rooms, Hampton Inn 141 and Holiday Inn Express 114 guestrooms. The page describes one as on-site and two as across the street near Legends in Concert. The three sit at 3150 Oleander Drive, 1140 Celebrity Circle and 3100 Oleander Drive.
A road-route check on the OpenStreetMap network measures 0.6 miles from 1325 Celebrity Circle to the Hampton, 1.08 miles to the Fairfield Inn and 1.13 miles to the Holiday Inn Express.
The same page publishes room counts, amenity lines and two phone numbers for each property. It publishes no rate, no parade package, no minimum stay and no booking code. Every rate question goes to the property.
Parking, and the rule that moves the car at night
The district lists free parking and motorcoach parking among its on-site services.
Its code of conduct lists overnight parking among the prohibited items, with a warning that violators may have a vehicle towed at the owner’s expense. A guest staying Friday and Saturday parks at the hotel overnight and uses the district lot during the day.
Keep Saturday night
The fireworks go up at 8 p.m. and the shops close at 9 p.m. A Saturday checkout turns that into a drive home in the dark after ten hours in the district. A second night turns it into a walk to the room.
What to ask each property
Four questions cover this booking. Ask for the rate for Friday, December 4 and Saturday, December 5 in writing. Ask what the nightly total includes, with tax and any parking or resort fee named separately. Ask what the cancellation terms are for a stay built around a weather-permitted fireworks show. Ask which entrance the desk recommends for the parade route, and whether the walk from the lobby reaches it without a car.
A request through hotelhuddle reaches 50 or more properties at once and returns answers in 24 to 72 hours at no markup. Group rates generally begin at 10 rooms a night, and some properties discount from five. A family booking two nights in one room sits below both thresholds, so name the parade date in the request and let the property price it.
