Five days, 96 events, one ticket decision

Charleston Wine + Food runs Wednesday, March 3 through Sunday, March 7, 2027. The organiser sells every event as its own ticket. A guest booking a room for that week settles one question first: which ticket mix to buy, and how many nights the answer adds.

96 events inside five days

The schedule page counts 96 events in the March 3 to March 7 window. The day split runs Wednesday 3, Thursday 32, Friday 31, Saturday 21 and Sunday 9.

Culinary Village runs 2:00 to 5:30 p.m. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday at The Citadel's Johnson Hagood Stadium, 68 Hagood Ave.

Availability moves by the day. On 26 October 2026 the filter read 33 sold out, 18 limited quantity and 45 available.

What the Weekender Bundle covers

The Weekender Bundle costs $853.20 and spans five products on five separate days.

Opening Night runs Wednesday 7:00 to 9:30 p.m. at $240.35. Shucked runs Thursday 4:00 to 6:30 p.m. at $199.15. Street Eats runs Friday 7:30 to 10:00 p.m. at $178.55. The World of 'Cue runs Saturday 7:30 to 10:00 p.m. at $178.55. Culinary Village VIP takes Sunday 1:00 to 5:30 p.m. at $343.35.

Those five single tickets add to $1,139.95, the figure the organiser prints as the bundle's all-in ticket value. The bundle sits $286.75 below it.

One Village afternoon, priced

Culinary Village General Admission costs $199.15 on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. General Admission Plus+ adds an hour of early entry from 1:00 p.m. and costs $250.65. VIP adds the lounge, two full bars and daily chef pop-ups at $343.35, over a 4.5-hour window from 1:00 p.m.

Sunday carries a resident rate. Culinary Village Sunday LOCAL costs $157.95 for General Admission, $209.45 for GA+ and $302.15 for VIP. The purchase needs a tri-county billing ZIP that matches the payment card.

Two Village afternoons bought singly cost $398.30.

The six-pack prices six on one afternoon

The Culinary Village GA 6-Pack costs $999.20 and issues six General Admission tickets for one selected day, Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

One ticket inside the pack works out at $166.53. Six single day tickets list at $1,194.90, so the pack carries $195.70 of saving. The pack prices six guests on one afternoon. A single guest buying Village days on Friday, Saturday and Sunday pays $597.45.

How many nights each mix forces

Four nights from Wednesday, March 3 to a Sunday, March 7 checkout cover every evening from Opening Night through The World of 'Cue.

The Sunday Village ends at 5:30 p.m. A guest holding a Sunday ticket needs a fifth night to Monday, March 8, or a bag check and a late departure.

Two Village afternoons need two nights, Friday March 5 to Sunday March 7. The Weekender includes Sunday afternoon, so budget five nights for it.

What the arithmetic supports

A solo guest pays $398.30 for two Village afternoons. The Weekender costs $853.20 and covers five products listed at $1,139.95, two of them evening events at 7:30 p.m. after the Village closes.

A guest who wants the Village and the evening events buys the Weekender and books five nights. A guest who wants the Village alone buys single days and books two nights. The six-pack enters the decision at six guests, one afternoon, one checkout.

Where the room sits

The Village sits on Hagood Avenue, west of King Street. Road distance from the gate runs 0.89 miles to 144 Bee St, 1.45 miles to 560 King St, 1.83 miles to 404 King St, 1.90 miles to 387 King St, 2.04 miles to 334 Meeting St, 2.23 miles to 205 Meeting St and 2.67 miles to 115 Meeting St.

Festival venues run from the peninsula to Mount Pleasant and North Charleston. The organiser's Where to Stay page lists 29 properties with street addresses, 23 of them with a telephone number. It publishes no rate, no block, no booking code and no cut-off.

Terms that decide the purchase

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable between events. Events run rain or shine. Every event is 21 and over, and staff check photo ID at the door.

A payment plan splits any order above $100 with no added fee and no interest. SquadUP charges the card on agreed dates, and the organiser keeps the instalments already paid if a later one fails.

A sold-out event with an active waitlist accepts returns through the Official Ticket Exchange powered by Squadup. The refund arrives net of processing and card fees. The return window closes at 11:59 p.m. EST on February 15, 2027.

Tipping on top of the ticket price is not expected at in-restaurant brunches, lunches and dinners.

What to put in the room request

Name the dates. Ask for the nightly rate across Wednesday March 3 to Sunday March 7, or to Monday March 8 for a Sunday Village ticket.

Ask for the cancellation deadline in writing, the deposit amount and the parking charge.

Send the room request before the ticket order goes in, and keep the written confirmation on file.
