The National League of Cities brings its 2026 City Summit to Music City Center at 201 Rep. John Lewis Way S in Nashville from 19 to 21 November. Pre-conference programming runs on 18 November. NLC publishes 17 hotels in its official block.
Every property quotes one nightly rate. Single and double occupancy carry the same figure, so the second guest adds nothing to the room. The block runs from $269 at the Holiday Inn & Suites Nashville Downtown to $389 at the JW Marriott Nashville.
Maritz Global Events books the block. NLC attaches two terms to a reservation inside it. The room can be updated without penalty before check-in. Payment happens after booking.
The 17 hotels, by rate
NLC prints one rate per property. The block sorts into three bands.
$269 to $294. Holiday Inn & Suites Nashville Downtown (415 4th Avenue South) $269. Motto by Hilton Nashville Downtown (311 3rd Ave S) and Sheraton Grand Nashville Downtown (623 Union St.) $279 each. Drury Plaza Hotel Nashville Downtown (300 Korean Veterans Blvd) $284. Hyatt Place Nashville Downtown (301 3rd Avenue South) $294.
$299 to $319. Residence Inn Nashville Downtown, Springhill Suites Nashville Downtown and AC Hotel Nashville share 410 Rep. John Lewis Way S at $299 each. The Westin Nashville (807 Clark Place) also quotes $299. Renaissance Nashville Hotel (611 Commerce Street) $305. Hilton Nashville Downtown (121 Fourth Avenue South) $319.
$329 to $389. The Omni Nashville Hotel (250 Rep. John Lewis Way S) heads the block at $329. Embassy Suites Nashville Downtown (708 Demonbreun Street), Grand Hyatt Nashville (1000 Broadway) and Dolly Parton’s SongTeller Hotel (211 Commerce St.) also quote $329. The Joseph (401 Korean Veterans Blvd) $369. JW Marriott Nashville (201 8th Ave S) $389.
NLC states that every hotel in the block sits within a short distance of Music City Center.
Two guests, one rate
The single and double columns match at all 17 properties. Two city staff sharing the Holiday Inn room pay $134.50 each per night. The same pairing at the Omni costs $164.50 each, and at the JW Marriott $194.50 each.
A five-person delegation books three rooms and holds the low band. NLC quotes one flat room rate per property, so the pairing works at every hotel in the list.
Four terms on the reservation
Updates without penalty. NLC lists the flexibility in its own words: a reservation can be updated without penalty before check-in. Arrival changes and name changes go through the Maritz housing team.
Payment after booking. NLC states that the lodging is secured by booking now and paying later. The reservation holds the room before the card is charged.
Maritz is the only authorized vendor. NLC’s fraud disclaimer names Maritz Global Events as the contracted official housing company. The disclaimer asks attendees to notify the organizer about contact from any other vendor.
A rebate sits inside the rate. NLC discloses that room rates include a modest rebate and commission shared with the host city and with Maritz, to offset costs that would otherwise land on registration fees.

The airport leg
NLC runs no airport shuttle for conference guests. Rideshare services collect at the Ground Transportation Center on Level 1 of Terminal Garage 2 at Nashville International Airport. Taxis pick up in the South Wing area of the same center.
NLC prints the taxi structure: $9 base, $2.50 per mile, a $30 flat rate to downtown Nashville and to Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center, and $2 for an additional passenger travelling to the same destination.
The registration clock
Registration moves from the regular rate to the onsite rate on 17 November. The regular window closes 16 November at $1,115 for an NLC member and $1,480 for a nonmember. The onsite window runs 17 to 21 November at $1,255 and $1,610.
Cancellations arrive in writing at nlccs@maritz.com by 26 October 2026 with a $125 fee. NLC accepts no cancellation after that date. Substitutions run at any time.
The hotel page prints no cut-off date for the block itself. Ask the registration and housing team at nlccs@maritz.com for the reservation deadline, the deposit terms and the property-level cancellation window. Take the answer in writing before the card is charged.
The booking sequence
Pick the property by the per-person number. Holiday Inn & Suites holds $269, Motto and Sheraton Grand hold $279, and the Omni holds $329 on the same street as the convention center.
