The clock that sets the whole booking
The 60th Annual CMA Awards runs Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2026 at Bridgestone Arena, 501 Broadway, Nashville. ABC broadcasts the show at 8/7C. The building clock runs earlier than the broadcast. Doors open by 5:30 p.m. CT. Attendees must be seated by 6:45 p.m. CT. Anyone still on the concourse at 6:45 p.m. stays there until the first commercial break, at about 7:15 p.m. CT. The live show starts at 7:00 p.m. CT.
One deadline follows from that sequence. Be inside before 5:30 p.m. CT. Security screening takes time, and a late arrival watches the opening from the concourse.
The arena's four preferred hotels
Bridgestone Arena names four hotel partners on its Preferred Hotels page. Grand Hyatt Nashville sits at 1000 Broadway, (615) 622-1234. The Union Station Nashville Yards sits at 1001 Broadway, (615) 726-1001. Renaissance Nashville Hotel sits at 611 Commerce Street, (615) 255-8400. Omni Nashville Hotel sits at 250 5th Avenue South, (615) 782-5300.
Book one night, Nov. 18, with a Nov. 19 checkout. Ask the property for its event-night rate and its cancellation deadline in writing. The arena page carries the roster, the addresses and the phone numbers. It publishes no rate.
The 25-dollar lot beside the arena
First Baptist Church of Nashville Parking at 108 7th Avenue South sells advance spots for $25. The lot sits adjacent to the arena at the corner of 6th Avenue and Demonbreun. Buy before the trip, because advance purchase is how the space is held. Metropolis is the official parking provider of the Nashville Predators.
Three alternatives carry published terms. Fifth + Broadway Garage at 600 Broadway sits directly across the street on the corner of 6th Avenue South and Broadway, and sells on entry. Fifth Ave. of the Arts Garage at 147 5th Avenue North sells advance spots for $10 and sits at 5th Avenue and Church, up the hill from the arena; the arena page scopes that garage to Predators games. Pinnacle at Symphony Place Garage at 150 3rd Avenue South sells in advance and sits two blocks out.
The rest of the arena map is Nashville Yards Garages at 161 10th Avenue North, the Ragland Lot at 314 3rd Avenue South and Music City Center at 201 5th Avenue South.
Entry rules that decide the arrival time
Tickets arrive through Ticketmaster as mobile passes only. Screenshots do not scan. The CMA asks guests to raise screen brightness at the gate and to arrive with a charged battery.
The bag rules set the size. Clear wristlets and clear bags up to 12 by 12 by 6 inches pass. An opaque bag up to the same size goes through an X-ray lane. Backpacks of any size are prohibited, and the arena provides no on-site storage.
The CMA asks guests to dress in black tie or formal attire. The Main Entrance sits at the corner of Broadway and 5th Avenue. Prohibited items include poles and selfie sticks, laser pointers, laptops and flash photography. Cell phones must be silenced during the live filming.
When the ticket is the harder booking
The Country Music Association's official experiential hospitality partner publishes four packages. The Premier Package starts at $17,500 and includes floor seats in rows 1 or 2, in-arena hospitality, a pre-show red carpet walk and access to the official after-party. The Red Carpet Skybox VIP Package starts at $6,500 and seats in Section 116 with a pre-show hospitality event and a private songwriter performance. The Corporate Group Experience covers 16 to 20 guests with premium seating and all-inclusive food and beverage, and carries an inquiry price. The Signature Package is sold out.
Standard tickets sell through Ticketmaster. The Country Music Association counts more than 7,000 industry professional members among its voters. Lainey Wilson hosts for the third consecutive year.
The booking order for Nov. 18
Reserve the hotel first, because four properties absorb the demand a live broadcast brings downtown. Prepay the $25 lot at 108 7th Avenue South second. Plan the gate for 5 p.m. CT, inside the 5:30 door time, and be in the seat by 6:45 p.m. CT.
