The Dates to Set First
DC Cocktail Week 2026 runs Monday, November 30 through Sunday, December 6. The Restaurant Association of Metropolitan Washington produces it.
Venue pages and the full lineup open on November 1. Venue registration closes on November 15.
A booking placed now sits ahead of both dates. Set the stay, read the roster on November 1, then confirm the bar inside the property.
Where the Venues Sit
The public calendar filters venues by state across DC, Maryland and Virginia. It filters again by neighborhood.
A room outside the District line can sit closer to a participating bar than a room downtown. Read the state filter before the request fixes an address.
The registration form admits restaurants, bars and lounges, cafes, bakeries, breweries, wineries and distilleries, food halls, and music venues.
What a Venue Page Carries
Every participating venue serves its featured cocktail and bite pairing across all seven days. The one-night experiences sit on their own days in the calendar.
Each venue page carries the pairing and the venue's address. The calendar's neighborhood filter places that address against the map.
Three Questions to the Hotel
Ask whether the hotel's own bar or restaurant appears on the 2026 lineup. Ask the pairing price and the hours the bar serves it. Ask the last date the room cancels without a charge.
A hotel whose bar carries a pairing puts the week's programming inside the property. A hotel without one still answers the cancellation question, and the room stands on its own rate.
One Request, Fifty Hotels
hotelhuddle sends one request to 50 or more hotels in the destination. Hotels return competing quotes inside 24 to 72 hours.
The platform charges nothing to submit, adds no commission to the rate, and holds the organizer to no obligation. Hotels pay a separate commission on an accepted booking.
hotelhuddle publishes group rates against blocks of 10 or more rooms, in a 15 to 40 percent band below the best available rate. A party below ten rooms names its price through hotelhaggle on the same account.
The Order of the Two Deadlines
November 1 opens the roster. November 15 closes venue registration.
The quote window runs 24 to 72 hours. A request sent on November 16 reaches the hotel after the roster settles, and the hotel answers against a known list.
A request sent in October lands ahead of it. Ask the hotel to hold the quote past November 15, then confirm the bar when the lineup publishes.
One Email, Three Answers
Send the dates and the room count. Ask the three questions in one message.
The roster answers the location. The venue answers the pairing price. The hotel answers the room. The December stay holds once November 15 passes.
