Two Clocks, One Sequence
HPBExpo27 runs March 3 to 6, 2027 at Music City Center in Nashville. Badge registration is open. The official housing block is open. The show publishes one order for the two: register for the badge, then book the room.
The order follows the published clocks. Badge rates step on December 8, 2026. Negotiated block rates end February 1, 2027. A badge bought by December 7 holds the early price and leaves eight weeks to choose a property.
What the Badge Costs, Window by Window
One badge covers indoor and outdoor exhibits, education sessions and events across all four days. HPBA members register four attendee badges free with a current six-digit member ID, and the member rates below apply to any badge beyond those four.
Early, through December 7, 2026: $159 per badge for non-members, $49 for members. Standard, December 8, 2026 through March 2, 2027: $189 and $69. On-site, from March 3: $239 and $89. Every rate is per person in US dollars, and membership must be current at the moment of registration.
The gap between the early window and the on-site desk runs $80 on a non-member badge and $40 on a member badge. The step from early to standard is $30 on the non-member rate.
On-site registration also runs in Nashville, and the desk stays open until noon Central on Saturday, March 6.
The Eight Hotels in the Block
Omni Nashville is the headquarters hotel. Seven properties join it in the official block: AC Hotel Nashville Downtown, Cambria Suites, Embassy Suites Nashville Downtown, Hilton Garden Inn Convention Center, Holiday Inn Express Nashville Downtown, Residence Inn Nashville Downtown and SpringHill Suites Nashville Downtown.
Our directory carries street addresses for seven of the eight. Cambria sits at 118 8th Avenue South, 37203. Embassy Suites occupies 708 Demonbreun Street, 37203. Hilton Garden Inn stands at 305 Korean Veterans Blvd, 37201. Holiday Inn Express is at 920 Broadway, 37203. AC Hotel, Residence Inn and SpringHill Suites all list 410 5th Avenue South, 37203.
Three of the eight therefore sit at one address. Ask Maritz which of the three holds the room type you want.
The Official Housing Map PDF that both housing pages link prints a start-at rate and a block distance for each property: Omni $309 and Embassy Suites $339, both adjacent; AC Hotel, Residence Inn and SpringHill Suites $329 at one block; Cambria $269 at one block; Hilton Garden Inn $279 at two blocks; Holiday Inn Express $252 at four. The map prices single occupancy and states that additional occupants may incur fees. The housing page body prints no rate, so the map is the page to compare on.
The show’s FAQ states that every property in the official block sits within walking distance of Music City Center.
What Maritz Adds to the Reservation
Maritz is the official housing provider for HPBExpo27. The housing page lists six terms for a reservation: a pay delay that lets you book now and pay later, no booking, change or cancellation fees, adjustment without penalty, group reservations managed in one place, hotel loyalty credit kept with your own program, and support before, during and after the event.
Maritz Housing handles new bookings, changes, cancellations and group reservations at HPBExpoHotel@Maritz.com or (864) 208-2299.
Group handling matters for a dealership sending a crew. One reservation covers several rooms.
February 1 Is Two Deadlines
The negotiated block rates end February 1, 2027. The FAQ sets the same date on a handoff: reservation changes and cancellations go by email to registration@hpba.org until February 1, and after that date the hotel takes them directly.
Read the property’s own cancellation terms before the handoff. Maritz charges no change or cancellation fee, and the hotel’s own policy governs the reservation from February 2. Ask the hotel to state its deadline in writing.
Four Nights or Three
The schedule of events, dated October 23, 2026, opens the registration desk at 7 a.m. Central on Wednesday, March 3 and closes it at 5 p.m. Education Day starts at 8 a.m. the same morning, and manufacturer training runs 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
A Wednesday 8 a.m. start means a Tuesday, March 2 arrival. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday nights give four nights against a Saturday, March 6 checkout.
Arrive Wednesday and the stay falls to three nights, Wednesday through Friday, with the same Saturday checkout.
The show floor opens Thursday at 10 a.m. and closes Saturday at 1 p.m., subject to change. Saturday’s registration desk shuts at noon. A Saturday departure leaves the bags with the hotel desk or the car.
Wednesday holds the manufacturer training sessions, the retailer roundtables for HPBA members and the certification review courses. The fourth night covers that day.
The Badge Refund Has Its Own Date
A badge refund, less a $25 administrative fee, needs a written request by January 22, 2027 to registration@hpba.org. HPBA takes no cancellation over the phone, processes refunds within 60 days after the expo closes, and refunds nothing paid on site.
January 22 sits after the December 7 rate step and before the February 1 block close. Register inside the early window and keep the refund date in view.
The Solicitation Warning
HPBExpo does not sell attendee lists, contact information or any other database details. The exhibitor badge page states that any list on offer is fabricated, compiled from public information or part of a scam. The housing pages name Maritz as the only official housing provider and describe the approach to expect: a call or email offering discounted HPBExpo27 rooms with pressure to book before the block sells out.
Report an unauthorized solicitation to your own organization and to Maritz.
Getting There and Getting Around
Nashville International Airport (BNA) sits 6.3 miles from Music City Center. Scootaround rents scooters, wheelchairs and powerchairs, with a quote by phone at 1-888-441-7575. The show occupies Level 3 and the Marty Dickens Terrace.
The Order to Work In
Register by December 7 for the early badge rate. Book inside the block before February 1. Ask the hotel for its cancellation deadline before the changes route moves to the hotel. Hold four nights if Wednesday matters and three if it does not.
Then confirm both dates on the show’s own pages. The schedule page labels its times tentative and subject to change.
