The US Trail Running Conference runs Thursday, Nov. 5 to Saturday, Nov. 7, 2026, at Music City Center, 201 Rep. John Lewis Way S, Nashville.
The block and its closing date
The organiser held a conference rate of $209 a night at Tru by Hilton Nashville Downtown Convention Center, 500 Rep. John Lewis Way South. The hotel sits a quarter mile from the venue door, about five minutes on foot.
The published hold ran to Oct. 21, 2026, or while supplies lasted. That date has passed. Registration closed Oct. 22, 2026 at 11:59 p.m.
The rate carried breakfast and the fitness center. The block page states no tax treatment, no cancellation deadline and no minimum-night rule.
The conference site still prints the booking link and the phone line. Ask for the UltraSignup block by name on 629-255-0303.
The nights the programme needs
Doors open at 9 a.m. Thursday. Closing remarks end at 3 p.m. Saturday. Thursday and Friday nights carry the programme.
Two optional group runs sit in the mornings. Friday's run leaves Music City Center between 7 and 8:30 a.m. The Saturday run starts at 6:30 a.m. for an 11-mile route that begins and ends at the conference center, with a 3.8-mile option that reaches Shelby Park by car share. Both close at 8:30 a.m.
Dirt Circus follows on Sunday, Nov. 8 at 8 a.m. at Vaughn's Creek Cross Country Course in Warner Parks, 7199 TN-100. The run costs nothing, and registration stays open until 8 a.m. CT that morning.
The garage under the venue
Music City Center runs a three-level covered garage at 701 Demonbreun Street with 1,800 spaces. Primary access sits at 7th Avenue and Demonbreun. Auxiliary access runs along 6th Avenue.
Rates effective June 2, 2025: $15 for up to five hours, $20 for five to nine, $25 for nine to 12, $30 for 12 to 18, and $45 overnight. A lost ticket costs $45. The garage takes debit and credit cards at exit.
An overnight ticket carries no in-and-out privilege on the same ticket. The garage takes no trailers. Special event rates can apply, and the garage posts them at the entrance.
Twelve ChargePoint stations sit across the three levels, four per level. Accessible spaces sit beside the elevators on each level and go first come, first served.
Two overnights come to $90. The hotel sells self-parking of its own and publishes no rate, so ask for its figure against that $90.
