The Pirates Voyage booking form takes up to 22 guests in one order. A larger party goes to the phone line at (843) 497-9700.
One order, one seating block
The checkout asks for the party size before it shows a date. The counter stops at 22 guests, and adults and children count against the same ceiling.
The theater states the rule behind the ceiling. Guests should reserve every seat in one transaction, so the whole party sits together. When the form cannot seat the party, the page sends the caller to the box office number.
What happens at 22 guests
The calendar answers for the whole party at once. Nov 20, 2026 carried a 6:00 PM performance for a party of two. The same date returned sold out at 22.
Seats stayed open on that date. The limit sits in the seat map, which needs one contiguous run wide enough for the whole party.
This reading comes from Oct 24, 2026. Availability moves as seats sell.
49 nights inside a 60-day season
The Christmas edition opens Nov 4, 2026 and closes Jan 2, 2027 on select dates. The span holds 60 calendar days and 49 performances, so 11 nights carry no show.
48 performances start at 6 p.m. Dec 24 plays a single 1 p.m. matinee. Dec 25 stays dark.
Doors open one hour before showtime for ticket pickup. Guests walk through Pirates Village before the curtain, and the main show runs about 90 minutes.
Who pays which price
Adults are 10 and older. Child tickets cover ages 3 to 9. A child of 2 or younger sits free on an adult lap and shares the adult meal. A high chair requires a purchased child ticket.
Four seating tiers price the same show. The booking panel prints Value at $70.17 for an adult, Regular at $83.25, Premium at $89.79 and VIP at $119.23. Each figure carries taxes and fees.
Child tickets are priced by tier inside the booking flow.
The VIP line and the seat map
VIP buys the best seats in the house, a meet and greet with a cast member, a souvenir photo download, a cheering flag and a lanyard. Premium buys prime seating. Value seats sit at an angle near the ends of the performance area, and Regular seats sit in the same sections, closer to the center.
Guests sit in sections that support the Crimson Crew or the Sapphire Crew, and each side competes through the show.
Arrival on a 6 p.m. curtain
A 6 p.m. show puts the doors at 5:00 p.m. VIP admission asks for arrival 90 minutes before the show, which is 4:30 p.m.
Join the Crew adds $24.99 plus tax per person for pirate or mermaid face makeup. The theater sells it on site in limited quantities.
No stroller, car seat or carrier enters the theater. Guests pass a scanner at the door, and staff may search a bag.
Parking sits on site, close to the entrance.
Groups of 20 and above
Group Information Services prices parties of 20 or more on 865-505-3320. The military rate runs through the box office number, by phone only.
Between 20 and 22 the two routes overlap. The form takes 20, 21 and 22 guests, and the group desk quotes from 20 up. Price both.
Rooms for a party that size
Twenty-two guests need beds for the same night. hotelhuddle notifies 50 plus hotels in a destination on one request. Submission is free, hotels answer in 24 to 72 hours, and no commission is added to the rate. Most hotels require 10 or more rooms for a group rate.
Name the show date, the party size and the arrival time in the request.
Call the group desk first when the party passes 20. The desk sets the seat count, and the room request follows the date the desk confirms.
