The date moved
The Scott Hamilton CARES Foundation lists the tenth annual Scott Hamilton & Friends for Sunday, January 17, 2027, and marks that date as new. A reader holding an earlier date should re-check the ticket and the room.
Bridgestone Arena carries the same date. The arena page adds the subtitle A Night of Gold over a single 4:00 p.m. showing.
The clock
Doors open at 2:30 p.m. The show starts at 4:00 p.m. on the Sunday.
The foundation describes a two-part evening. Music and skating run at the arena. An After Show Celebration follows at The Omni Hotel Nashville with dinner, live entertainment and a silent auction.
Book the Sunday night
The night of January 17 is the night this event needs. The arena show ends in the early evening and the celebration at The Omni follows it. A room for that night removes the drive between the arena and The Omni after the show.
One night covers the whole program. Check out Monday, January 18 with no show to work around.
A Sunday morning arrival has to clear the property check-in hour before the 2:30 p.m. doors. Ask for the room early, or leave the bags with the desk and collect them after the show.

A Grand Hyatt Nashville sponsor banner runs on the arena's event pages, and it links to the Hyatt property page for Grand Hyatt Nashville. The arena preferred hotels page lists Grand Hyatt Nashville at 1000 Broadway on (615) 622-1234.
Price both on one room type and one cancellation deadline. Neither the arena pages nor the foundation page publishes a nightly rate for January 17, so the quote has to come from the property in writing.
The ticket route the organizer names
The foundation sends ice show tickets through Ticketmaster. The arena event page sells through Ticketmaster as well.
The box office number is 615.770.7800. The arena opens the box office on event days only, and sells event tickets on the event date itself. Advance business runs online.
After-show access is its own purchase. The foundation lists Ice Show Sponsorship, VIP and After Show Tickets as a separate category marked coming soon. Ask the foundation when that sale opens before you build a Sunday night around the celebration.
Parking for a single showing
The event page carries one Symphony Place Parking purchase link and settles it on Ticketmaster. The show runs one date, so one purchase covers the evening.
The arena directs advance parking to Pinnacle at Symphony Place Garage at 150 3rd Avenue South, 37201, two blocks from the building. Fifth + Broadway Garage at 600 Broadway sells on arrival across the street. First Baptist Church of Nashville at 108 7th Avenue South sells advance spots for $25 and sits adjacent to the arena.
Bridgestone Arena runs cashless. Mobile payment and Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted inside the building.
What the ticket supports
The foundation directs proceeds to research on cancer treatments that target the disease while sparing the patient. It counts more than 120 funded research projects across the country over the past decade.
The tenth edition lands on the arena's thirtieth anniversary. The foundation notes that Scott Hamilton joins Garth Brooks, Keith Urban and Tim McGraw as entertainers who have headlined the building ten times.
The ice carries Madison Chock and Evan Bates, Ellie Kam and Danny O'Shea, Elladj Balde, Gracie Gold and Jeremy Abbott. Steve Lukather and Joseph Williams of Toto lead the music, with the house band SIXWIRE. The foundation marks more names to be announced.
