Three Windows, One Purchase

SEWE runs 12 to 14 February 2027 across downtown Charleston. The organiser sells general admission, special event tickets and VIP packages from its own shop.

General admission carries three pricing windows. Tier 1 covers purchases before 1 November. Saturday 31 October is the last day of that window. Tier 2 begins 1 November and lifts the price while keeping an advance-purchase saving. Online sales close 25 January. Tier 3 begins after 1 February and sells at select visitor centres and at each venue.

Two dates decide a booking. 31 October decides the ticket price. 25 January decides whether the purchase happens online at all.

The Week Starts on Thursday

The event FAQ states that VIP and special events begin Thursday 11 February. The VIP private preview runs 1 to 5 p.m. that day. The VIP Signature Gala and Sale runs 7 to 11 p.m.

A guest who books a Thursday arrival holds a room before the public days open. The three general admission days then run Friday to Sunday.

Friday and Saturday run 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday runs 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Children 10 and under enter free.

One Ticket, Five Venues

General admission includes entry to every SEWE venue, show and demonstration. The five venues are The Charleston Place, the Gaillard Center, Marion Square, Brittlebank Park and the Charleston Marriott.

SEWE runs a complimentary shuttle for ticket and badge holders.

VIP packages are limited and sell first come, first served. The published inclusions are the preview afternoon on 11 February, preview hours on Friday and Saturday from 9 to 10 a.m., four lounges, reserved seating at the Gaillard Center, priority entry, a VIP shuttle and a 2028 presale.

Where the Five Venues Sit

Three venues sit on the Meeting and Calhoun grid. The Charleston Place stands at 205 Meeting Street. The Gaillard Center sits 0.47 miles away, straight-line. Marion Square sits 0.41 miles away.

The Charleston Marriott at 170 Lockwood Drive and Brittlebank Park share a waterfront address, 1.53 miles from The Charleston Place. The park stands 0.15 miles from the Marriott.

A request that names one venue as the centre of the trip will price the other cluster wrong.

Book the Room on the Ticket Calendar

HotelHuddle sends one request to 50 or more hotels in the destination. Properties answer within 24 to 72 hours. Submission is free, the network charges no markup, and the property pays the commission. Group rates begin at 10 rooms per night, and some properties discount from five rooms depending on season.

Name the exact nights in the request. A Thursday 11 February arrival with a Sunday 14 February checkout covers the VIP programme and the three public days in three nights.

Ask for the cancellation deadline in writing on the same message, and ask for the tax-inclusive nightly total. South Carolina’s 7 percent accommodations tax and any local add-on sit outside the quoted rate.

Order of Work

Buy the general admission passes before 31 October and lock Tier 1. Set the arrival night on the same day. Send the room request that week.

Special event tickets and VIP packages sit outside the general admission window. The organiser sells both on its own timetable, and the VIP allocation runs first come, first served.
