ViVE 2027 runs Sunday, March 14 through Wednesday, March 17 at Music City Center in Nashville. The event sells rooms through one vendor, Connections Housing, and that vendor’s cancellation line falls on January 17, 2027.

Four nights at a property inside the block prices between $1,076 and $1,836 before taxes.

Which four nights the schedule asks for

The organiser’s travel page carries two instructions. “Arrive Saturday, March 13” — Sunday opens with thought leadership sessions, partner programs and the Welcome Reception. “Depart Wednesday, March 17” — after a full final day of programming and networking.

Read the schedule literally and the stay is five nights: Saturday the 13th through Wednesday the 17th, with a Thursday the 18th checkout. That covers the Saturday arrival the page recommends and the Wednesday close it describes.

Two four-night stays fit the same week. Sunday the 14th through Wednesday the 17th, checkout Thursday the 18th, holds every program day and gives up the Saturday arrival. Saturday the 13th through Tuesday the 16th, checkout Wednesday the 17th, follows the organiser’s advice and gives up the closing night.

What the block prices

Seventeen properties in the block returned a nightly rate for a March 14 to March 18 search, from $269 to $459 a night. Four nights runs $1,076 to $1,836 before taxes.

The headquarters property is the Omni Nashville Hotel at 250 Rep. John Lewis Way South, flagged as the CHIME headquarters hotel and 0.2 miles from the venue. It prices at $399 a night, $1,596 for the four nights.

Tru by Hilton and Home2 Suites, both at 500 Rep. John Lewis Way South and both 0.2 miles out, price at $269 a night, $1,076 for four. Hyatt House SoBro at 535 Rep. John Lewis Way South, 0.4 miles out, prices at $274. Drury Plaza at 300 Korean Veterans Boulevard, 0.3 miles out, prices at $279.

The cheapest walkable room saves $520 across four nights against the headquarters room.

1 Hotel Nashville at 710 Demonbreun Street prices at $369 and adds a destination fee of $29.00 per room per night, before tax, for gym and wifi access.

Search your own dates before comparing anything. The block page labels its window Sunday the 14th to Wednesday the 17th, which ends on the closing day.

The January 17 line

The FAQ states it plainly: “Cancellations made on or after January 17, 2027, will forfeit the one-night room, tax deposit and processing fee by Connections Housing. Additional hotel cancellation policies vary by hotel.”

Two consequences follow. The forfeit equals one night at the property you picked, so a $269 room costs less to release than a $399 room. The property’s own policy also sits on top of the housing vendor’s, so ask the hotel for its cancellation terms before you confirm.

Hold the reservation once the employer has approved the trip. A booking made before approval buys a January decision you may not need to make.

The pass runs on a different clock

The FAQ states that ViVE offers no general cancellations or refunds once a registration is confirmed. It allows a transfer to another individual up to one week before the event, subject to eligibility verification for the ticket category.

The pass transfers late. The room forfeits from January 17.

Group rates start at five attendees

The FAQ says group rates are available for five or more attendees, with details from info@viveevent.com. The housing portal runs a separate group request form for 10 or more rooms, and every group block request is subject to review.

Five attendees is a pass conversation with the organiser. Ten rooms is a block conversation with Connections Housing.

One vendor and one phone line

Connections Housing is the only approved housing vendor. Its line is 702-329-9615, Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. Pacific, and its address is housing@viveevent.com.

The event publishes a buyer-beware notice and an unauthorised vendor list. It states that no third party has been authorised to contact attendees about rooms, and that some past attendees have paid unauthorised companies for rooms that did not exist.

The order to book it in

Choose the nights against the program you intend to attend. Sunday to Thursday covers every session; Saturday to Wednesday follows the organiser and leaves before the closing evening.

Search the block for those exact dates, then compare the two $269 properties and Hyatt House at $274 against the headquarters room at $399 across the same four nights. Register, and hold the room at the property the employer has approved.

Put the property’s own cancellation terms beside the January 17 line before you confirm. That pair of dates decides what the reservation costs if the trip falls through.
